Kaishu Skin Returns Policy

Effective Date: [27th June 2025]

At Kaishu Skin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

2. How to Return

  • Step 1: Contact us at [Support@kaishuskin.com] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  • Step 2: We will provide you with instructions and a return address.
  • Step 3: Securely package your item(s) and return them to the address provided.
  • Step 4: Once received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at [insert email] with details.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping where applicable.

6. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
